- Inductotherm Melting Furnaces: Our coreless and channel furnaces ensure that molten metal is at the correct temperature for casting, delivering high-quality brass and bronze components with consistent composition.
- Hunter HMP10F Automatic Molding System: This system automates the molding process, ensuring repeatable accuracy and reducing the margin for error. The result is high-quality castings that meet exact specifications, time after time.
- Sand Control: Our Belloi & Romagnoli Sand Mixer works alongside a full sand lab with automatic moisture control to ensure that every mold is produced under optimal conditions. This control guarantees consistency in each casting, minimizing the risk of defects.

There’s more to being a foundry than pouring metal. Our Keystone foundry division produces high-quality, pressure-tight castings in a variety of red brass alloys such as CDA 836, CDA 844, and CDA 922, as well as aluminum bronze, manganese bronze, and a variety of lead-free alloys.
Our capabilities include pattern equipment design, stereo lithography, and solid modeling. Our in-house pattern and tool shop enables on-site repair, maintenance, or modifications to match plates and core boxes. We also offer complete machining capabilities, pressure testing, and impregnation services.
