Sand System Cartridge Filtration Collectors

Our sand system is equipped with cartridge filtration collectors that efficiently capture and remove fine particulate matter generated during sand preparation and molding processes. The cartridge collectors capture dust and other airborne particles created during manufacturing so they do not escape into the environment.

This system maintains air quality within the foundry and ensures particles are not released into the air outside our facility. 

Furnace & Pouring System Cartridge Filter & HEPA after Filter

The furnace and pouring areas are critical points in the foundry where emissions can be significant. To proactively address this, we have installed a combination of cartridge filters and HEPA after filters that work together to capture and remove harmful particulates and fumes. 

Air moves through the cartridges first to remove larger particles before being drawn through a HEPA filter that traps microscopic particles. This dual-stage filtration system efficiently controls emissions to create higher indoor and outdoor air quality.

Cleaning Room Cyclone Separator & Cartridge

In our clearing room, where castings undergo finishing processes, we utilize a cyclone separator followed by cartridge and HEPA filtration. The cyclone separator mechanically captures dry particles before the air moves through progressively finer filtering systems, including cartridge and HEPA filters.
