One major classification of valves is boiler trim valves.  Ball valves, globe valves, needle valves, gate valves and angle valves are in this group.  Also among boiler valve products are blow down valves, whistle valves and many varieties of check valves including swing check valves and lift check valves.  Related products such as float valves, safety valves, tri-cock valves, drain valves, strainers and water gauge fixture are also available.

United Brass Works' fire protection valve line is similarly broad.  Among the valves included in this category are ball valves, check valves, globe valves and angle valves.  Other valves in the fire protection classification are O S & Y valves, inspector valves, relief valves, flow indicators and grooved end valves.

United Brass Works is one of the largest suppliers in the world for valves related to the laundry and dry cleaning industries.  Principal items in this line are buck valves, head valves and air vacuum valves.  Spotting board valves, puff iron valves, pneumatic gate valves, pneumatic globe valves, pneumatic angle valves and PTFE hose steam hose assemblies are also available.

Electrical apparatus valves are commonly used on transformers and similar electrical equipment.  A broad range of sample valves and drain valves is available.  Ball valves, globe valves, angle valves and needle valves are also used for electrical purposes.

Many of UBW's products are found in general industrial applications.  Ball valves, globe valves, angle valves, check valves, needle valves and gate valves are available in a wide ranges of sizes and pressure ratings.  In addition, a number of specialty items can be supplied.  These special products include whistle valve, cocks, steam traps, reducing valves, syphons, flow indicators, flow indicators and a broad range of compression fittings and flare fittings.

While United Brass Works has an extensive selection of stock products, its flexible manufacturing allows it to produce custom valves.  UBW also has its own foundry, Keystone Foundry Division produces high-quality, pressure tight brass alloy castings with both long- and short-run production capabilities.  Keystone's pattern department can modify, repair or produce new patterns.  After casting, our machining department can produce parts held to tight specifications.
